## 1. Bookings All bookings are subject to slot availability and pincode serviceability. We will confirm your booking by WhatsApp or phone within working hours. ## 2. Sample collection Please follow any pre-test preparation instructions provided. Our phlebotomist will arrive within the chosen time slot. If a sample cannot be collected due to non-availability or unsuitable conditions, we may reschedule. ## 3. Pricing & payment Prices shown on this website are inclusive of standard charges. Home collection is free across serviceable pincodes. Payment is accepted online or at the time of sample collection / lab visit. ## 4. Reports Routine reports are delivered within the stated TAT (turn-around-time) on each test. Reports are shared on WhatsApp/email. Reports are advisory and not a substitute for medical consultation. ## 5. Cancellation & refunds You may cancel a booking before sample collection by calling +91 6359 442244. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days. ## 6. Liability SugarLab Diagnostics is a NABL accredited and ISO 9001:2015 certified lab. We follow strict quality protocols but are not liable for misuse or misinterpretation of reports outside of clinical guidance. ## 7.
